Rather than handing you a list and leaving you to figure out adjustments, Comp Pro generates suggested adjustments using logic informed by how professional appraisers approach paired sales analysis and market-derived adjustments. The result is an estimated value range with a confidence score and a plain-language narrative explaining the reasoning behind it.
